AETA BUCKS PROGRAM

AETA International Trade Show January 28 – 30, 2012

AETA BUCKS PROGRAM

The AETA Bucks program is only available to ATA members and stimulates orders between AETA-member buyers and AETA-member exhibitors.  The program also provides added incentive for buyers to attend the trade shows.

AETA-member retail buyers receive $250 worth of AETA Bucks upon arrival at the show. The Bucks may be spent at any AETA-member exhibitor booth.  Each $100 in AETA Bucks may be applied against an order of $500 or more and the AETA Buck valued at $50 may be applied toward any order valued at $250 or more – a 20% discount compliments of AETA!  Exhibitors are encouraged to offer any additional show discounts that they would use to draw-in more sales.

AETA Bucks

On the final day of the show, the exhibitors bring the AETA Bucks they received to the AETA Booth and are immediately reimbursed with a check for the total of the Bucks redeemed.

AETA Bucks Redemption Process:

Step 1: To qualify to participate in the AETA Buck program, retailers and exhibitors must be members in good standing by December 15, 2011.  To check the status of your membership, contact the AETA office by telephone (610-444-2025) or by email: alyce@equineresources.com.
Step 2:  To receive their AETA Bucks, Retail buyers must go to the AETA Booth upon arrival at the show.  They will be  given a packet with their AETA Bucks and the Golden Ticket which is good for one free night at one of the host hotels.  The AETA Booth is located immediately on the right side of the entrance to the exhibit hall.
Step 3: AETA-member exhibitors will be provided with display signage that designates “Proud Member of AETA.  AETA  Bucks Welcome Here”.  In addition, the show directory clearly designates the AETA Member Exhibitors and a list  will be given to every member buyer with their AETA Bucks.
Step 4:  Buyers will have a yellow ribbon on their show badge identifying them as AETA-members.  Encourage the buyers to spend their AETA Bucks at your booth! Each order must total a minimum of $500 for every $100 voucher and $250 or each $50 voucher.
Step 5:  Exhibitors retain both copies of the AETA Bucks.  The top copy is surrendered to AETA on the final day of the  show at the time of reimbursement.  The bottom copy is attached to the retailers purchase order so that the retailer gets proper credit upon shipment.
Step 6:  Beginning around 1:00 p.m. on the final day of the show, exhibitors bring their collected AETA Bucks vouchers to the AETA Booth for reimbursement of the face value of all Bucks received.   AETA Bucks are for the use AETA members only.  They are non-transferable and have a space for signature of both the buyer and the exhibitor.  Each certificate is numbered and will be checked against  the master  list upon presentation.
