Lisa Frye – Executive Director
Lisa has the staff leadership role and works with the AETA Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, Bylaws & Policy Committee and Nominating Committee. Lisa has more than 15 years of non-profit experience focused mostly on trade associations in the areas of expertise ranging from strategic direction and management to public relations/marketing and event planning.
Jen Cramer – Director of Conferences and Events
Jen works with the Trade Show Committee to oversee and implement the Welcome Bag program, Exhibitor Tear-Down Bags, Mannequin Fashion Show and booth awards. Educational opportunities offered at the Trade Show, such as Round Table discussions and seminars, are within her purview as well.

Angela Burkett – Membership Director
Angela Burkett is responsible for membership recruitment and retention, database maintenance and updates, member benefits and a membership directory.
Alison Evans – Communications Manager
Alison works with the Communications Committee. She oversees the development and production of all publications, including AETA News. Alison distributes pertinent information to AETA constituents through an e-blast system and oversees all website and social media updates.
Leona Wagner – Administrative Assistant
Leona is responsible for all mail (incoming and outgoing), answering phones, in-house procedures, meeting arrangements and any other responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director.
Jennifer Swartz – Bookkeeper
Jennifer runs and distributes monthly treasurer reports and files Form 990 with the IRS. She handles all accounts payable and receivable for AETA.
Amy Bobb – Newsletter Editor
Amy is responsible for gathering content, editing, writing and working with a graphic designer to produce AETA’s quarterly e-newsletter called AETA News.
