Your Booth Includes (No Additional Costs):
  • 8-foot high back drape and 3-foot high side drape
  • Small sign containing company name and booth number
  • Display furniture: (1) 6' skirted table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Wastebasket

General Expo Services (GES):

For GES services, please call 610-495-8866.

You will purchase additional booth furnishings and services directly through the show decorator, GES. These forms include:

  • Furniture and Accessories Form
  • Booth Carpet Orders
  • Shipping Information
  • Bill of Lading - Outbound Shipping and more
  • Click here to order online through GES. At the "Online Services" login page, enter the password AETA2018.
    You will have the option to fill out the forms online or print forms.

Note: Advance pricing is available until Friday, January 12, 2018.

Greater Philadelphia Expo Center (GPEC):

You will purchase additional booth items directly through the GPEC facility. Click here to order GPEC services online. These forms include:

  • Par Can Lights (available with advance order only)
  • Internet (Hard Wired and Wireless)
  • Heavy Power (regular power ordered through AETA)
  • Food Service

Note: Advance pricing is available until Friday, January 12, 2018.

American Equestrian Trade Association (AETA):

You will purchase additional items for your booth or your company directly through AETA during the registration process. These forms include:

  • Electric
  • Mannequins
  • New Product Tables
  • Advertising
  • AETA EDGE  Education Opportunities
  • Sponsorship Opportunities

You may have already purchased these items if you have completed registration. If not, you may still do so by clicking on the login link you received from Conexsys Registration. Follow the prompts to purchase the above AETA items. Or, you may download the order form here.

Exhibitor Move-in Hours

  • Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, January 26, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

All exhibits must be completely installed by: 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018

Open to Buyers Show Hours

  • Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
  • Monday, January 29, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Exhibitors may access the exhibit hall at 8:00 a.m. on show days.

Exhibitor Move-Out Hours: Monday, January 29, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
