Golden Ticket Program

A Golden Ticket entitles an AETA-member retailer or sales rep to one free night at one of the host hotels during the AETA trade show.

To qualify to receive a Golden Ticket, you must:

		Be a fully-paid AETA retail or sales rep member in good standing by Decmeber 15, 2011. To become an AETA member or to check the status of your membership, contact the AETA office by telephone (610-444-2025) or by email: alyce@equineresources.com.
		Book your room now at one of the AETA host hotels. Please do this quickly as these hotels sell out fast. Your Golden Ticket will be honored only by the host hotel of your choice. Be sure to advise the hotel staff at check-in that you will be using an AETA Golden Ticket when checking-out.
		To receive your Golden Ticket, retail buyers and sales reps must go to the AETA Booth upon arrival at the show. The AETA Booth is located immediately on the right side of the entrance to the exhibit hall.
		Upon checking out of your hotel, present your Golden Ticket for credit one night’s stay.

Golden Tickets are not mailed. They are only available for pick-up at the AETA Booth.
