Kelly is the president of Kelly Herd Jewelry, a jewelry manufacturing and wholesaling company that does both their own designs and contract work for the western and the English industries. Kelly saw a need for elegantly designed equestrian jewelry targeting a high-end market and after several years in the retail arena, decided to bring the success his company had enjoyed to the equestrian wholesale market. Kelly Herd Jewelry now services more than 600 retailers globally, including both smaller retailers and chain stores. Kelly’s in-house design and manufacturing capabilities allow him to create custom pieces for stores and customers. Kelly and his staff provide a full support system for the retailer, with hi-res images for ecommerce and merchandising.

Glyn Sandzen showed hunters and jumpers, fox-hunted, and participated in US Pony Club as a child; rode and taught saddle seat, showed American Saddlebreds and hackney road ponies through high school; taught hunt seat and worked at her family’s barn summers during college years.
Shortly after earning an A.B. from Duke University with Honors in Economics, she took over management of the family business, The Tack Shop, Greenville, SC – est. 1967, and has owned and operated the store(s) since 1984.
Also, Glyn oversaw her farm with 45 head and two leased barns, and managed our indoor horse show facility for four years.
She currently serves on the board of the South Carolina Upstate Equine Council, and support a wonderful therapeutic equine program for at-risk kids in our area.

Sharon grew up riding and showing and has always had a love of horses. After finishing her MBA she went into the corporate world working for a large CPG company doing various sales and brand marketing roles. In 2010, she started Kathryn Lily Equestrian with her business partner Kate to get back into the horse world she loved, while bringing her corporate experience to the industry.

Annemarie Cochrane is an independent manufacturer sales representative in the Mid-Atlantic region, and she lives in Chester County, PA. Annemarie received her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College and her Master's degree from Immaculata College. Prior to forming her own business as a sales rep, she worked for Nunn Finer Products. She has been an avid equestrian since the age of seven. Her passion for retail and riding has culminated in her career and also the launch of her blog site, TackCulture.com, where she promotes the stores and lines she represents and shares her own experiences.

Hope opened the Maryland Saddlery in 1989. Since 2006, Maryland Saddlery has opened two additional locations. For many years, Hope has been partnering with manufacturers in developing new products and improving the fit of existing product lines. Hope also specializes in choosing the correct bit for her customer's horses through clinics and consultations.

Loriece Boatright began her career as a designer and goldsmith over 37 years ago. In 1978 she graduated from the George Brown College Jewelry Arts program in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She began working for an independent jewelry store, developing her bench skills until she was able to open her own custom jewelry business.
Loriece developed a passion for riding that soon expressed itself in the jewelry she created. Her company Bits & Pieces Equine Jewelry was formed in 1994 and she began exhibiting at international tradeshows and horseshows. Loriece developed a reputation for quality innovative equestrian designs with exquisite detail. She went on to develop a pewter gift line, and at the request of her customers, created unique awards and trophies for the Horse Industry.
In 2006 she moved from her retail Equestrian Gallery in Ontario to join her new husband in Michigan. There she opened Designs By Loriece Ltd dedicated to the creation of unique jewelry and gift designs through outstanding craftsmanship.

Tony Lott grew up on horseback working cattle in Utah. He’s ridden to hounds, done cutting, sorting, trail riding and polo. He and his wife currently have 12 horses and a pony in Tennessee and are active members of the Bluewater Creek Polo Club in Florence, AL.
John Lubbock once said "There is nothing so good for the inside of a man than the outside of a horse". They have a way of keeping us humble and grounded. Tony has seen this over and over in his own life and in the life of others.
As part of the management team of an equine industry company, he’s learned that the kids who trade barn work for horse time turn out to be responsible and hardworking employees and better human beings.
He’s proud to be part of an organization promoting this industry and the people it produces.

Terri Schulte’s original career started out in Boston as a manufacturer’s representative in the Premium and Incentive Industry covering all of New England and Westchester Country New York. She founded Terri Birger & Associates in 1978, and Promotional Support Group, Inc. (a wholesale distribution company) in 1992 and grew both companies to over $20,000,000.00 in sales annually. She received numerous awards during her tenure including: Incentive Manufacturers’ Representative of the Year 1998; Incentive Manufacturers’ Regional Representative of the Year: 1998, 1997,1996,1994; Sony Representative of the Year; Igloo Representative of the year; Waterford/Wedgwood Top Representative of the Year.
She sold her two businesses and moved to Arizona in 1998 and spent the next 4 years riding and competing in Eventing. In December 2002 she formed Terri Schulte Equestrian Products, LLC with the initial intent to service the Arizona Retailer. Her business soon evolved into National Key Account Management. In 2007 the company name was changed to Terri Schulte Equestrian & Pet Products, LLC, adding Pet Products to the product line assortment.
Her expertise is working with the major retailers, selling them both Name Brand and Private Label programs.
When not traveling for business, Terri continues to ride and take lessons with her horse Miles.
When not working, Terri loves to spend time with her husband Greg, three grandchildren Laura, Connor and Mia, Horses: Miles, Elliott and Lei Roi and Dogs: Braedee and Sophie.

Ronnie has been professionally involved in the equine industry since 1981. After many years in 4-H and Pony Club, she started as a yearling manager on thoroughbred broodmare farms before moving to Southern States in 1985 as a management trainee and eventually becoming a manager of a retail location and then an equine field sales rep. She next worked with Pfizer as an equine sales specialist and then Bradley Caldwell as a sales representative before coming to Tri-County Feeds (TCF) where she is currently the Buyer/Inventory Manager. Ronnie competed on horse judging teams for 4-H and Virginia Tech and also competed in jumpers, horse trials, low-level eventing, team penning, judged trail rides and trail classes, along with trail riding and horse camping. Ronnie has also been a member of several riding associations, including Pony Club, CDCTA and Trailblazers.
